Questions we get
That depends on the scope and on what needs to be connected. After an exploratory conversation we make a proposal per phase, so you know what you are paying for before we start.
Usually, yes. If your package has an API or an export option, we can connect to it. We check this in advance, so there are no surprises during the project.
We choose AI services where your data is not used to train models, and we only process what is needed. Where possible, processing stays within your own Azure or Microsoft 365 environment. And the AI decides nothing on its own: a team member approves every suggestion.
The code is in a repository with documentation and is built on mainstream technology that many developers know. A handover is therefore possible, and we cooperate with it properly.
