Questions we get
That depends on the scope and on what needs to be connected. After an introductory conversation we make a proposal per phase, so you know what you are paying for before we start. If an existing tool will do, we tell you that too.
Usually, yes. If your package has a proper API (REST, GraphQL or SOAP), we can connect to it. We check that beforehand, so there are no surprises during the project.
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI agents work with software: look up data, create something or carry out a task. Many packages have an official MCP. If yours does not, we build one.
We choose a GDPR-compliant model together, for example an LLM hosted in Europe that does not use your data for training. If you want full control, a self-hosted open-source LLM is possible. It does take a solid and costly infrastructure, which we discuss honestly up front.
The code sits in a repository with documentation and is built on common technology that many developers know. A handover is therefore possible, and we cooperate with it properly.
