A customer who cannot reach anyone calls the next company.
We make sure your business stays reachable on the number your customers know, whether your team is at the office, at home or on the road. Who answers when, we agree with you and set up for you.

What business telephony via VoIP means
Your telephony moves from a box on the wall to a service that works anywhere there is internet. Your landline number comes along to your laptop and your mobile, and callers reach the right person, even when that person is not at their desk.
In practice: we port your existing numbers, build the call flow with a welcome message, menu, queues and call forwarding, set up opening hours and public holidays, supply and configure handsets and headsets, and manage the licences so you only pay for what you use.
How a call travels through your business
Every call follows a route we map out together with you. This is a common setup, which we adapt to the way your team works.
- 1
Call comes in
A customer calls your landline number. The platform checks straight away whether that is inside or outside your opening hours, public holidays included.
- 2
Menu
A short welcome message and a choice, for example 1 for quotes and 2 for service. That way the caller reaches the right team straight away.
- 3
Queue
If everyone is on a call, the caller waits with a short message. The call goes to whoever is free first.
- 4
Call forwarding
If nobody at the office answers, the call goes to a mobile or to Teams after an agreed time, with the company number as caller ID.
- 5
Voicemail to email
If that still does not work, the caller leaves a message. It arrives as an audio file in the team's mailbox, so someone can call back.

Reachable, even when it is busy
We set up queues, forwarding to your mobile and a menu together, so a customer always ends up with the right person.
What it looks like in practice
Three moments when your reachability is put to the test.
Everyone calls at once after the weekend
Calls go into a queue with a short message and are shared among whoever is available. If nobody answers, the call goes to a second group or to voicemail after an agreed time, with a notification by email.
Your project manager is not at the office
Your colleague answers with the app on their mobile, with the company number as caller ID. The customer does not notice where that person is at that moment.
The business closes for the summer holiday
We schedule the closure period with an adapted message and, if you want, forwarding to an on-call number. On the first working day everything switches back by itself.
Switching while keeping your numbers
You stay reachable throughout the transition. The actual switch happens outside working hours.
- 01
Inventory
We go through your numbers, handsets, subscriptions and how calls are routed today, and check whether your network and internet connection are ready for voice.
- 02
Design and request
Together we map out the new call flow and request the porting of your numbers from your current operator.
- 03
Preparation
Handsets, headsets and apps are configured and tested. Your old installation keeps working as normal until the moment of the switch.
- 04
Switchover
At the agreed moment your numbers move over. The next morning your team calls from the new platform, and we are ready for questions.
Questions we get
Yes. Your existing landline numbers are ported to the new platform. We handle the request with your current operator and schedule the moment of the switch together with you.
In case of an outage, calls can be forwarded automatically to mobiles or another number, and with the app on your mobile you keep calling over mobile data. If your business relies heavily on telephony, we recommend a second internet connection.
No. Teams telephony is handy if your team already works in Teams, but a VoIP platform with desk phones and an app works just as well. We advise what suits the way your team makes calls.
Preparation usually takes a few weeks, mainly because of the porting with your current operator. We schedule the actual switch outside working hours, so you are simply reachable the next morning.
Telephony is a recurring service per user or number, with handsets and headsets charged separately. We discuss the price once we have looked at your current usage and call flow.
Let us map out how your business wants to be reachable.
We go through your current numbers and calls, and show how the same reachability looks with VoIP or Teams.
