Your IT should not depend on whoever happens to be free.
We take over day-to-day responsibility for your workstations, users, network and questions. Monitored in the background, properly documented and answered by a team that already knows your environment.

What managed IT means
You no longer have to be the one keeping track of everything. Your environment is monitored, updated and maintained to a schedule, and if something does go wrong there is one number, one team and one owner of the problem.
In practice: your users and devices are managed centrally, your updates and backups run whether anyone remembers them or not, your network is monitored, and everything we know about your environment is in documentation that belongs to you.
Why this matters for your business
Downtime costs more than your IT
When people cannot work, the cost lands on production, invoicing and customer trust.
Without an owner, small things grow
An expired certificate, a full disk, a forgotten update. Minor on their own, together the reason for a bad week.
Risk sits in the gaps between suppliers
One partner responsible for workstations, network, security and backup means nobody can point at someone else.
What changes when one partner is responsible
Familiar situations at SMEs without a regular IT partner, and how they look once we take over management.
What falls under our responsibility
Everything around it is inventoried, patched, monitored and documented by us.
Users & identities
Laptops & devices
Microsoft 365
Network & Wi-Fi
Servers & backup
Telephony

A dedicated team that knows your environment
You are not calling a call centre. The people who pick up your ticket know your devices, your software and your colleagues by name.
What MINIMA does, and when
This is what a year of managed IT looks like.
Every day
- Monitoring and alerts followed up
- Support questions answered by someone who knows your environment
- Backups checked
- Security alerts assessed
Every month
- Patches and updates rolled out in waves
- New and departing users taken care of
- Licence and cost review
- Short report of what happened
Every year
- A full restore test
- Hardware and lifecycle planning
- Security baseline reviewed
- Roadmap conversation for the next twelve months
What it looks like in practice
Three ordinary situations, and what happens when your IT is managed.
A laptop fails before a client meeting
A managed spare device goes along, with the user's profile, files and applications already on it. We take care of the broken one.
A new colleague starts on Monday
You give us the name, the role and the start date. Device, licences, mailbox and access rights are ready and tested before that person arrives.
You open a second site
We plan connectivity, network and telephony together with you, order in good time and install outside your working hours.
How it is set up
The details below are for IT managers and technical decision-makers. If that is not you, feel free to skip this.
Endpoints are managed through Microsoft Intune with a documented baseline per device type. Monitoring covers availability, disk space, backup status, patch compliance and security alerts, and those alerts go to our service desk, not your inbox.
Updates are rolled out in rings: first a pilot group, then the rest of the organisation, with a defined rollback path. Critical security updates follow a fast track with a short announcement.
Microsoft Entra ID with conditional access, MFA required for all users, role-based permissions and a documented process for joiners, movers and leavers. Admin rights are kept separate from the accounts used day to day.
Backups follow the 3-2-1 principle with immutable retention where supported, for both server workloads and Microsoft 365 data. We agree recovery targets per system and validate them in a yearly test with a written report.
Response times are set per priority level, with a defined escalation to a senior engineer and to the client's contact person. Everything is tracked in one system, so the history stays with your environment and not with one engineer.
Three questions, two minutes, and a first picture of where your IT stands today.
Questions we get
No. We first map what is there and what still does the job. Replacement follows a planned lifecycle.
That often works best. Your in-house colleague keeps the business knowledge and the day-to-day presence, we carry the structural responsibility, the monitoring and the specialist work.
Monitoring runs continuously. The service desk is available on working days from 9 am to 5 pm, and for anything that cannot wait there is an emergency line outside those hours. We agree out-of-hours interventions per client, so you pay for the cover you need.
Managed IT is a recurring agreement based on the users and systems we manage. We discuss the price after the analysis, so it fits your environment.
Your documentation, licences and tenants are yours. We hand over properly. A partnership should last because it works.
Let us look at your current environment together.
Half an hour, without obligation, and a clear answer on what we would take over first.
